If warrants aren't based on proper PC, and there's no checks to ensure they're based on proper PC, they're worthless. They become a fig leaf for whatever the government wants. That's the case with PRISM and it's the case here. Hell, the entire FISA setup is arguably unconstitutional, but the warrant process is especially fricked after Daoud.
