re: Grand jury announcement played right into protestors hands

I'm not talking about the time of day.

Tell me this, which scenario do you think would result in more rioting?

Scenario A:
-rioters being bussed into town in anticipation of announcement
-early sign of agitation by said rioters
-full media attention due to anticipation
-clear night, 2 days before a holiday when many people's attention is waning away from work

Scenario B:
-little media attention
-no signs of rioting or agitation from potential rioters
-a blistering winter storm in the middle of a work week
