GOP blocked resolution that says the Holocaust targeted Jews

According to the Washington Examiner, Republicans were obviously not enthused about the bill criticizing the leader of their party and wanted instead to pass three resolutions disapproving of three Obama administration rules concerning the Bureau of Land Management and Education Department. (Oh, Congress!) Crowley responded by trying to vote down a procedural vote, blocking the Republican debate and forcing them to consider his resolution.
