The "progressives" in this country will literally be promoting that mass numbers of these immigrants are good for the United States, up until the point their heads are chopped off for being an infidel.

For many reasons.
Just today Syrian forces cut off Turkey's line of attack to Raqqa, leaving only the YPG, a major enemy of the Turks, as the only other force to help the Syrian Army take back Raqqa. The process of repatriation will take a decade if, and this is a big if, the region can be stabilized. I personally think Turkey is aiming to retake territory, by forcing a confrontation between the Iraqis and Syrians by damming up the Euphrates.
The West will probably let Turkey do it too, as soon I predict the Turks will try to convince everyone that they are the only ones who can control the area, just like they did for 800 or so years.
The safe zone scheme, given the situation on the ground, seems like a pipe dream to me.

BREAKING: Afghanistan is NOT on the ban list. Trump is not taking any extra measures to stop these refugees from coming into the US.

Looks like Germany should adopt some tactics from Sweden. Swedens have "no rape" braclets, Germany needs those and "don't murder" me braclets too!
I am sure that swedish invention would have worked wonders in this situation.

I have to give it to him. At least he put his home where his mouth is and took a refugee in. I'll start taking all these other big mouth seriously when I see the camps set up in their gated communities.
