"Under proper socialism one would simply not be allowed to be poor. You would be forcibly fed, clothed, lodged, educated, and employed whether you liked it or not. If it were discovered that you had not character and industry enough to be worth all this trouble, you might be executed in a kindly manner; but whilst you were permitted to live you would have to live well"

That is a quote from George Bernard Shaw and I wanted to hear from the Poli Board on what y'all think about it? I personally really like that idea of a system of government. Although I would add that I would not be in favor of executing any disabled persons of any kind. That would be nazi type crap. But everything else about that quote appeals to me. I would also have some system in place to strongly curb reckless procreation. I've said many times here that I despise both establishment dems and republicans so don't put me in the right or left box please. But y'all tell me what you think please.

How about you work for everything you have instead. I don't want to be taken care of. I've worked hard and made a good life for me and my family. My neighbor is not my responsibility.

I propose you move to a socialist country and live your life dream without us.

I can tell you that a lot of early 20th century socialists were also eugenicists.

If you do a search, the architect of the British Welfare State, Keynes, didn't think it would work without eugenics.

Wow. So some governmental entity arbitrarily decides your worth and either kills you or makes your life a forced march....

Where do I sign up?

You basically admitted that you cant think critically.

You are not very smart or well read in history. The closest thing to utopia ever on earth is The USA. Freedom, liberty and opportunity for all.

Actually after reading your post again you should shoot your parents. That would be a start.

Would never survive a disparate impact test.

It would emerge that one group suffers more per capita executions than others.
Discrimination accusations would be brought.

I know it sounds harsh man I truly do but there's a shat load of able bodied dead weight (of all races) that needs to be cut in my strong opinion. The section 8 housing with women spitting out eight illegitimate kids has got to stop.

You lost me Hester Carries. Please elaborate more. I'm thinking about the able bodied not the disabled.

Government created the problem of reckless procreation and your solution is obviously... more government. Makes sense.

The solution to problems caused by government isn't more government.

Would be like putting out a candle by dousing it with gasoline.

Hahahahaha,.... I never claimed to be a genius buddy. And I have not nor will I ever procreate so all that crap you loath about me will at least die with me. I haven't passed it on to another generation. I expected some hostility so it's all good on my end.

One question. Where does the government obtain the means to forcibly feed, clothe, house, and educate you?

I can buy that True Tiger in order for it to work the racial hostility in this country would have to be strongly reduced. It's a pipe dream I admit but it's a frickin pipe dream that I truly would love to see happen.

You're a stupid frick. Disabled people are included in his "kill people without the ability to contribute". You basically revoke the one thing that makes his idea feasible.

The means to accomplish it would have to be left to the smart economists and planners. I would guess that everybody would have to work for the same corporation. Our country would be one giant, single corporation that gets all that done.

I'm honestly not sure if you're trolling.

The notion that someone would describe that idea as a "pipe dream" is disturbing. It's not a pipe dream. It's a nightmare.

I don't think you realize what that would be like.

Chesterton destroyed Shaw over this over and over and over again.
