Seditious conspiracy; interference with interstate commerce by threats or violence; possession of an unregistered firearm; carrying firearms during the commission of violent crimes; interstate transportation of firearms with the intent to commit violent crimes; interstate transportation of a stolen vehicle (four counts); Northern District of Illinois
2. Conspiracy to escape, to transport explosives with intent to kill and injure people, and to destroy government buildings and property; aiding and abetting travel in interstate commerce to carry on arson (two counts); using a telephone to carry on arson (two counts); Northern District of Illinois
Sentence: 1. 55 years’ imprisonment (August 11, 1981)
2. 15 years’ imprisonment (consecutive) (February 26, 1988)
Commutation Grant: Prison sentence commuted to expire on May 17, 2017.

Most look like cocaine convictions and they're still serving plenty time. Like amending sentences down to 240 months. That's still a long time in prison.

I'm fine with it. Prisons are an industry now that we have more incarcerated people than any other developed country. Anybody know a good prison stock to buy?

We imprison more people than any other country in the world, a few times over. I'm perfectly fine with him commuting the sentences of non-violent felons. Not sure about the first guy listed though.

Did they list their RAP sheets? Did they show the original charges and the ones that might have been dropped for a plea bargain. Did they list all prior convictions? No? Then you don't know if they are non-violent.
