FrontLine. Division in America. 2 Part Series.
Posted on 1/17/17 at 8:46 pm
Posted on 1/17/17 at 8:46 pm
Started with Obama; all interviews/commentary from Democrats/Leftist MSMs re the economic collapse and growing division. One-sided, so far.
Interesting.

They are biased but unlike FarceNews at least it's well researched and done by real investigative journalists

LOL I've been watching. Every fricking problem with his Presidency goes back to race in their minds.
I guess I should have expected this.
PS: Also Sarah Palin

Agreed. How dare the American People rise up against folk who are smarter than they are, and elect a rogue like Trump.
They took Palin out...and made Trump bulletproof; and if they don't begin to listen instead of condescendingly lecture (propagandize), no amount of spin will stop what is a runaway train.
If FrontLine wants to really help solve division, they could make a Doc to examine the rise of Leftist/Constitutionally polar Ideology, and challenge the Elites to HONESTLY EXPLAIN to Americans - who do not trust liars/half-truthers -just WHY they should surrender their God-given, Constitutionally guaranteed Freedom to such people.
I won't hold my breath waiting on that lofty Documentary.
Not even God forces individuals to bow to Ultimate Truth. Herding cats won't cut it. Journalism is blowing it.

Very disappointed. I thought it was a one-sided documentary. Frontline usually is better than that.

I saw part of a Frontline show last night that showed a 2008 conference attended by Obama and McCain and others - prior to the election, in wihch it was openly discussed that the whole financial system might collapse. It grew heated and President Bush just got up and walked out.
That guy is such a turd.

It sickening going back in time and listening to that idiot lie about the ACA and what it was and was not, knowing what we know now and it reinforces what we all felt back then. The man is a lying scumbag, And everyone was sooooooo shocked when the senator yelled out "You Lie" when Obama was talking about how the ACA would not be used to cover illegals. Well it makes me even more proud of that senator for having the balls to stand up to ternary. Obama was and continues to lie about everything he tells the American People.

Knowledge is power; for good or bad. The MSM should realize that a half-truth presentation of an issue - in today's social media paradigm where the people they hope to 'inform' (I.e., educate/persuade) clearly perceive the bias - destroys the Journalistic credibility of said offering.
Where is Obama's College grades and writing? Who paid for his education, and for his trip to Pakistan while in College? To what degree did he buy into his Father and Frank Marshall Davis Ideology...and his emotional and ad lib pronouncement to "fundamentally change this Nation"? These are the kinds of questions that are PURPOSELY OMITTED in any supposed Documentary which examines WHY Obama's Opposition oppose him to the point of the kind of division we now witness. Frontline tries to depict the Opposition as race-based...shame on them. For it is THEM that sew the seeds of the (reactionary) reverse-racism that now divides our people. Hypocrites and fools! Or worse.
I'd like to see FrontLine Producers address the issue of their half-truth analyses MO; in FULL PUBLIC view. People can easily spot a lie; a half-truth is far more pernicious.
I'll watch tonight. But I already know what I'll get. The Right throws a race-based hissy fit in reaction to the well-meaning Obama, and now, we are divided to the point of calamity.

He's not trolling. FrontLine is often worth watching even despite the slant. There are a lot of left leaning media entities/shows that are worth the effort.
I'm sure you guys are smart enough to appreciate quality work even if it comes off as biased to you. Give it a shot, you won't convert to a liberal, I promise.

I love FrontLine, Pett. Like Obama/Prog high ups...they are pros. It's a shame they believe that offering half-truths is the way for Humanity to move forward.
It's always best to focus on the good in people and entities, and exercise critical judgment re flaws in an impersonal way. It's a fine line, but otherwise cynicism triumphs.
