Hollande is an incredibly weak leader with no clear realistic vision and no skill to implement it even if it was feasible, which it is not. He is hopelessly flawed.

Seriously, how is that even possible? I can't imagine how someone can get elected in a democratic election and fall to this level of disapproval. It's almost as if one would have actively try to see how low you could get it.
