I'm no Trump guy, but I'm not sure this guy is in a position to be calling out other world leaders. The last time the French had a leader this unpopular, they executed him.

I agree that our response to 9/11 was dumb if you lump Iraq into the response.
Our targets should have been the Taliban in Afghanistan and the money coming out of Saudi Arabia.
By going after Iraq, we greatly destabilized an already troubled region with only new and more violent terrorist groups to show for it. And still allegedly being funded by Saudis.

It's IS strange to call out France though. They have had 230 deaths from various assaults since 2015.

You must have looked at bullshite Statistics.
They have averaged 1.2 Homicides per 100k since 2015
They have 66 million people.
That would be over 730 homicides per year.
Sure we have 10 times as many per year.
We also have a population that is 4.5 times the size of France.
Of our population we have one demographic group that commits over 51% of the homicides in the US.
That demographic group is less than 16% of our population.
That same demographic group only makes up 2.5% of Frances population.
France does not keep official Statistics of homicide by race. So we can't draw scientific conclusions but we might be able to infer.
