Parts of the dossier have now been collaborated by U.S. IC, 9 Russians mentioned in said dossier are now dead. It's fricking amazing how accurately 4chan made this fake document to troll the fbi with!
The reason the brits made this dossier and (maybe surveilled/spied on trump) is because they, and pretty much ALL of our allies see him as a danger to world peace/stability/freedom.

But Obama isn't the boss of GCHQ, Theresa May is. And they'd hardly need our encouragement or permission to snoop on Trump.
I have no idea whether this story is true or not, but the scary thing is no one would actually be shocked to learn that Obama did this. His administration actually had a very shady record when it came to wiretapping and harassing people who they felt were in the way of their agenda.
