You should never pin ideals and dreams to a politician (even one who is not a professional politician by trade). That being said, just think of the alternative and then sleep well.

If you put your hope in man, you will be let down time and time again. Put your hope in Jesus and you won't be let down on the last day.

In the mean time, just be happy that we don't have Hillary and that we are still getting good wins. Trump is going to do a lot of stupid things during his Presidency, but he's also going to have positive impacts as he already has shown with the SCOTUS among other things.

He's also doing exactly what he said he would do - make sure the rest of the world respected the US military and its place as a strong world leader.

That can be done without invading Syria.

I'm hanging by a thread after this neocon bullshite. I will admit, though, that I knew he was going to have to make a decision at some point between tough tawkin' "we're gonna take down ISIS" and the sort of alt-right/libertarian isolationism he was flirting with.

Good grief, he's the president of a representative democracy, not the friggin King. I am still very proud and happy to have voted for Donald J Trump. He still has my complete support, my disappointment lies with the impotent GOP Congress which is fully part of the swamp.

No matter how "outsider" some is going in... DC will eventually find a way to force them to be shitty.

Case in point… Jeff Flake.

Flake took many years though. Trump didn't last 3 months.
