Forget about "White Privilege". Let's discuss "Pretty Privilege"

In today's society, the privileges associated with someone being "pretty" regardless of their race or sex are much more substantial than the privileges associated with someone being white.

And, pretty people tend to recommend their pretty friends for jobs.
Hell, I've heard "pretty" almost used as a qualification.
IE......you should hire Julie as your executive admin. She is a solid worker and she "presents well".

I consider both flat out ugly people and fat people to be in the "non-pretty" category.
I think a lot of women and minorities who claim they are being discriminated against because of their sex or race are really being discriminated against because they are "non-pretty".
