Increase job? see above. Bring jobs back? Not gonna happen.

Not sure why the trade deficit itself is something that necessarily needs addressing. Ensuring a market for American goods under more favorable rules is a priority. Allowing China to fill the void that we created by leaving TPP hurts. I'm not sure Biden's plan on that.
