Special counsel Robert Mueller has again delayed scheduling a sentencing hearing for former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
“Due to the status of its investigation, the Special Counsel’s Office does not believe that this matter is ready to be scheduled for a sentencing hearing at this time,” read a joint status report released Tuesday.
Tuesday’s delay is the fourth time prosecutors have asked to delay Flynn’s sentencing.

By the time Flynn gets sentenced, it will be fore “time served”. If that.

Flynn's work isn't done yet

Will be called to testify before he's sentenced

Flynn is going to become a part of speech like being Borked.

I'm actually curious if there is a point this starts to vioate his right to a speedy trial.

what this means is that the SC knows that they will will be embarrassed by the light sentence and thus wants to postpone the sentencing and Flynn's attorneys are not through bleeding him on legal fees thus the joint status report agreeing to the postponement.

Well... he plead guilty so he will never have a trial. There is no right to a speedy sentencing. This isn’t really all that out of the ordinary for a cooperating witness in a complicated case.
