Flynn will serve time barring a pardon, I have doubts Trump knew (I think he's more of a "useful idiot"), but I think he himself might go down for trying to obstruct investigations into Flynn, Manafort and Kushner.

I wouldn't testify before Congress in this instance even if I was pure as the new driven snow. I am not going to produce a transcript for the Special Prosecutor and all the wolves out there to beat me over the head with and try to get me locked up because of alleged contradictions between congressional testimony and a later deposition or some made up garbage.
