What is the reason that we are worried about people who aren't looking for a job? Could increased retirees be part of the number?

At the same time, the number of retired workers collecting Social Security increased by only 4,234,480. The increase in Americans opting out of the labor force during Obama’s first term resulted in a decrease in the labor force participation rate from 65.7 percent in January 2009, the month Obama was first inaugurated, to 63.6 percent in December 2012, the latest month reported. Before Obama took office, the labor force participation rate had not been as low as 63.6 percent since 1981, the year President Ronald Reagan took over from President Jimmy Carter. Read more: LINK ]

Whose money do you suppose they are using to get by?

If you pay taxes, you should worry.

Short-sighted people

1) Fewer people working
2) fewer people DRIVING to work
3) Lower exhaust emissions
4) Decrease in Greenhouse Gas
5) Environment is "healed"

Dude is saving the entire world and you try to paint it as a negative!!

You MUST remember, no body wants to be on welfare and disability. There is no such as a welfare queen. That is just racist talk.

Am I doing it right, democrats?

People like Tigah in the Atl and Rex are harming the future generations in every possible way by refusing to acknowledge that a massive welfare state exists in this country. They are the problem, because they vote for the same people that the leeches vote for.

And by leeches, I don't mean old people and truly disabled people. I mean the people that make up the bulk of the nanny state.

Both of your graphs prove his point fwiw.

Workers leaving the workforce would generate the numbers you are looking at.

But I guess you didn't understand such. I guess I expect too much from people.

you have either given up all pretense of being rational and are now a devoted obama fanboi, or you are truly a fraud with no understanding of economics.
