I don't get it. Trump didn't ask Comey to end the investigation. It was a declarative statement saying he hoped the conclusion of the investigation would be soon. That's not grounds for impeachment.

Use your head. Not only have they been investigating this Trump/Russia hoax for 10 months; we also know that Obama was spying on Trump. If there was anything there, wouldn't they know it by now?
Also, don't you find it just a little odd that Comey just happens to come forward with this memo NOW? If Trump really committed an impeachable act, shouldnt the Director of the FBI have come forward before now? Why did he have to get fired for this to be revelant?

No. He was lobbying for Comey to "let it go." He said it several times and even mentioned that the man being investigated was a "good guy."
That is textbook obstruction, if true. He's the most powerful man in the world. Can't do stuff like that.
