First, the guy that made the film, if he edited that film and made 2 separate trips to the store into the same event, He deserves jail time and all proceeds taken from him.

Frankly, I don't think either of them should be punished (although criticized), and I prefer to put the blame on the actions of the people doing the illegal acts. They're the ones who bear the accountability for their actions.
