These guys are full-blown retards, and at this point begging to be fired. It's the only thing they have left in their playbook
But Giuliani killed the Stormy angle when he acknowledged Trump paid for the NDA. Now anything Stormy related, or Cohen's participation in it is covered by privilege
So Mueller just effed his entire case with the wiretapping of Trump bullshite. Its probably why he passed it off to the US atty. He knows he's on thin ice, and wants to get fired. So he can yell impeachment due to obstruction

Well, except the government has already been busted doing exactly that. Especially in regards to FISA warrants. I mean if you know person A calls Person B and you want to know what Person B is up to without targeting them specifically, just wiretap Person A and wait for the phone call. It happens. Not to say it happened here, because honestly we don't know, but it DOES happen.
Also, how would Stormy Daniels attorney have known this? Did someone at the Justice Department tell him, or was he just blowing smoke and it turned out to be true? Either are possible. One if of concern, the other really isn't.
