I would be extremely surprised if even 10% of the time a federal misdemeanor offense is committed the offender is even arrested, much less convicted.

Something like 38% of the nation has tried pot at least once. That means nearly 4 in 10 people have committed the federal misdemeanor offense of possession of marijuana - almost all of them get away with it!!!

The idea that the brown people crossing the border are the only ones getting away with federal misdemeanor offenses is just fricking stupid.
