While this one night was not good for the dems, I think the compilation of their actions is what will negatively resonate with voters.

Again, he was two steps ahead of everyone else.

Sooner or later, people are going to have to give Trump credit for how brilliant he really is.

Yeah, its so smart that he didn’t do his usual narcissistic ranting. Set em up with crazy ad then hit em with normal.

I missed it.
No, they did not do have an individual do something cowardly or classless like that.

They were worse. They did it as a collective whole instead.

Congrats.

Wtf is pj media? If you count Dems as a dead party you are ignorant and making a huge mistake

Trump is not popular. And he's had more bad. Moments than good so far

I understand Trumptards are having a circle jerk over last night but he hasn't accomplished anything yet and is still playing very loose with the truth

And his petty war with the media is not going to benefit him in the end. Can't keep biting the hand that fed him

Didn't the Republicans just elect a man who openly collaborated with America's enemy to violate U.S. election law?

Nope. What evidence do you have that President Trump did?

There certainly wasn't any evidence contained in the 25 page unclassified intelligence report that proved he did.

Meh, it was just a joke about McCain.

Wanna bet? The media's trust ratings are lower than his.

I'm not entirely sure you guys just aren't re-posting stuff from 2009 with the names and parties switched

If you think the politics of 2009 are the same politics of 2017 then you haven't been paying attention.

My assumption is that Trump will continue to be successful if not wholly, at least in part, and enough to keep the faith of the American people.

Good luck w/ that. Nothing about his admin so far shows that he has the attention/resolve, political skill, or organizational competence to get any large scale legislation passed.

With that assumption, the Democrats being obstructionists and not supportive of policies that the people want will haunt them.

Mitch McConnell would like a word w/ you, son.

The Night the Democratic Party Died

That's silly. The Democratic ideology is deeply rooted in the foundation of the Federal bureaucracy.

I heard the same argument in 1991 when Bush 41 won the First Gulf War. His approval ratings soared to 90%, highest poll numbers for a major political figure ever. Only 1 1/2 years later, he lost his relection bid to CLINTON.

So we can list you in the undecided 23% who didn't like the speech?

I thought the speech was pretty decent. As a democrat, it checked a lot of boxes. Infrastructure package, no cuts to the welfare state, lowering the costs of childcare... what's not to like?

It's just a shame he's too inept and distracted to get much of it done.

Oh, and compromised.
