How? The pre-existing condition clause is still in AHCA.

Man, you bitch about everything, huh. The law you bitched about Obama signed and is a big issue with the left,he leaves in it in the bill, you start bitching about it, and at the end of it all, it may not have enough votes in the House, and it's all Trump's fault.

Got it. The hate is strong with you.

It's still not a conservative stance, even if it's an understandable and even morally justifiable stance.

HOWEVER, it's a major contributor to cost. It's one of the main reasons there was that individual mandate in the first place.

Maybe there is a solution, a special insurance only dedicated to them. But it's going to cost money for everbody, one way or the other.

Maybe he could take that 50 billion from defense budget increase and apply it to their coverage.

You are not listening....

Let me break it down.

1- Can not be denied.

2- INS can charge more if they have failed to have coverage.

3- This bill allows an INS to charge as much as 30% higher in those cases.

4- This doesn't apply to a kid you graduates to their own policies.

5- This does not apply to people who have coverage and develop an issue.

He's not complaining; he's stating an almost certain fact.

There no perfect answer all the the time. My small company had to absorb a 1 million claim on a newborn that only lived about 5 months.

Healthcare/Insurance is complicated in a myriad of ways.

Nothing you said stops the death spiral.

The mandate wasn't enough to stop it and the 30% is even weaker.

Sweet.. I can go without insurance, get diagnosed with cancer, then ensure I have a qualifying "life event" to enroll. Everyone else can be responsible for me! What a grand concept.

Insurance is the spreading of cost around all of those covered.

One could say, by your logic, that we just kill off the elderly because the older you get the more you use insurance.

What a rip off! $250,000 of treatment for $50 more a month? I protest!
