If this fishing expedition wasn't related to Trump, but rather a fishing expedition led by a Trump-appointed special counsel into, say, the Clinton Foundation, they would be taking the complete opposite approach and clamoring about due process violations and over-expansive searches.

It's not a fishing expedition when these people likely got caught up in surveillance and were recorded discussing crimes.

Probably, but I think Manafort is shady even by those shady standards.

Or how about did he make a deal with the FBI where they could examine his records but had to destroy them as soon as they looked at them?

According to Jake Tapper, it's illegal for anyone but CNN to read Manafort's records.

Interesting that this hits now.

I wonder where WaPo got the information?

Oh, a leak from the SC.

It's time to fire Mueller

Once again, we are NOT discussing Democrats here. No one associated with Trump has been shown to have been caught on surveillance discussing crimes. Why tell such obvious lies?

the term they're using is "Constitutional crisis"

if/when that happens, they're going with that term, sprinkled in with it some "banana republic" references

Don changing his story, or even flat out lying doesn't justify your own lies.

Are you really that retarded?

Ah, I was wondering where that Transgender ban came from. That made for a very nice deflection.

I've eaten at a few Italian restaurants in New Orleans whose owners have mob connections. Maybe my home will get raided too!

Actually, you're right. I honestly don't think it's anything other than a change in leadership, regarding leaks. Like Mueller, I think General Kelly will help in that regard.
