Yes, of course.
All is proceeding exactly as I have predicted. The trend culminates in 2117 when the USA finally adopts the New Constitution that codifies leftist globalist socialism. The revised First Amendment will exclude "Hate Speech and Hate Thought" from protection. Hate speech and hate thought will be defined as those thoughts and words that present an imminent threat to the peace, prosperity and general welfare of the public.

Reminds me of the scene in "The Ten Commandments " when the Pharaoh commands all accounts of Moses be struck from all obelisks, tablets, monuments, etc. How did that attempt to revise history work out?

as far as the statues go i will say this
If I were mayor of NOLA or one of these cities, this would not be an issue I would pursue. And even if there was enough of a groundswell out there to where I had to address it, It would done via direct vote of the citizens and not the city council. Just because a statue goes up in 1892, that doesn't give it the divine right to stand forever. but if you're going to take it down it needs to be done by the clear will of the majority of the citizens of the place where the statue stands and not via political grandstanding.
