Can one of the admins please check this Rooskie's IP?

Just so everyone knows, the link provided by the OP sends you to the Financial Times (which is blocked behind a paywall), but his quote come directly from a Zero Hedge article. I won't link said article so that it doesn't get more clicks, but just copy and paste the OP's quote into google if you need proof.

At best, he is lying about the source of his post to have the content reflect more favorably to you. More likely though, he's simply intentionally spreading disinformation.

This is interesting. The Dems love the EU and hate THE RUSSIANS!, so I can't wait to see how the handle this.

Good catch.

This isn't the first time I've seen deceptively sourced agitprop from this user.

I'm confused. Is this what Soros wants?

Because the EU does what Soros wants.

I am so glad we have an experienced statesman at the helm to navigate these rough diplomatic waters.

The one we had for the last 8 years is a big part of why we're here in the first place. No one could match Obama as a statesman on the global stage, but spending 8 years apologizing for American exceptionalism and kowtowing to Europe has consequences.

Also, who will the Democrats side with here? On one hand, they will try to attack Trump, but on the other hand, they will anger their utopia.

I have a feeling this bill is Congress putting Trump in a no win situation by passing a shitty sanctions bill that was intentionally written in order to piss Europe off if it passes, knowing that would likely cause a Trump veto.

Then that supplements their muh Russia collusion narrative.

Trump should sign it and call their bluff. Make Congress squirm and watch the media go on a tirade against Trump for putting sanctions on Russia. The mental gymnastics will be entertaining

Wait y'all didn't tell me that sanctions against Russia would hurt the EU! I'm fully supportive now.

I say we send little Lindsey to straight out Putin..."he knows how to deal with Putin". I looked for the video of him with his faggy little voice talking tough about how he would take care of Putin, back during the primaries. Couldn't find it, he must not be relevant enough.

The EU gets natural gas from Russia. Russia has a lot more leverage over them than America does.

Yeah...Just being a little facetious...just remember laughing at that little goob trying to sound tough. At work so I get my posts in when I can...usually they end up out of place.

When Trump signs the new sanctions, the message will be EU revolts over new Trump Russia Sanctions, by the same liberals who forced the sanctions.

Frick the EU. They will wither and die once UK officially leaves.

just read this from CNBC. the EU can't do shite

quote:

European Commission preparations to retaliate against proposed new U.S. sanctions on Russia that could affect European firms are likely to face resistance within a bloc divided on how to deal with Moscow, diplomats, officials and experts say.

quote:

The Commission could demand a formal U.S. promise to exclude EU energy companies; use EU laws to block U.S. measures against European entities; or impose outright bans on doing business with certain U.S. companies, an EU official said.

But if no such promise is offered, punitive sanctions such as limiting the access of U.S. companies to EU banks require unanimity from the 28 EU member states.

Ex-Soviet states such as Poland and the Baltic states are unlikely to vote for retaliation to protect a project they have resisted because it would increase EU dependence on Russian gas.
