Issa doesn't need to do a damn thing, other than follow through on his work, it's evident that getting all the evidence from the IRS and this administration is like pulling teeth.

What needs to be done, is each individual should demand this crooked administration to come clean.

Man, you got to get out of la la land. I said the same thing last year, no investigator puts all of their information on the table until a prosecution is under way, then and only then is the target allowed all of rhe information.

If targets had all the information, they could try and get rid of informants, get a story together before each individual testifies before congress etc. etc.

You do not allow targets information in full until they are charged.

If I remember correctly, it was because of Cummings crys last year that many called for all the information to be released.

Not smart.

Could you see a sheriff releasing information in an on going case? Yes Mr Sheriff says, they were in a green truck with tag numner xxx 341.

People in green truck head for the border. Or, 2 guys involved with owner of green truck, kills the owner and only link to them.

Investigators just don't, nor should they release information, unless it helps break open the case.

Can you be more specific? I thought it had to go through the AG no?

Edit: NM, just saw the link

@SECrazy, "discovery" would negate your notion about the investigator not putting everything on the table until prosecution is underway.....unless it's different for Congressional situations. Do you know?

Idealwatcher, discovery only comes in once a charge has been brought in any criminal case. While the cops / D.A. are investigating, no targets are allowed any information, nor is it prudent to give out all the information.

Only indicted people are allowed discovery.
