Although I generally reserve my most drastic punishment -- death by prison rape -- to child rapists, I think this complete f*cking SCUMBAG should be given that sentence. And, all you have to do is put him general population for about 10 minutes and that should be enough time to carry out that sentence.

I can't imagine what the families of those victims have been going through. IMO the death penalty exists for people like Dylann Roof.

Cases like this make me struggle with my disapproval of the death penalty as I think it's fair.
