Does this empower or marginalize the HFC?

Empower- Woot! we got a big victory by killing Obamacare 2.0!! We can do anything! Trump decides to work with them first from now on.
Marginalize- Trump says screw them (he can be vindictive) and cuts them out of future plans. He might even work with Dems instead.
I am thinking about tax reform. I can easily see the HFC screwing up tax reform too: "Waahh, waahh, anything that doesn't completely gut personal income tax and close the IRS is a shite sandwich!!!"

Tax reform is far more complex and tricky than ACA is. I can't wait to watch them bumble through it.

Thought since they don't have a clear bar set like "repeal obamacare" they might at least hobble together something.
But yeah, this will be tough.
Maybe they should do infrastructure next?
