Does it not bother you that Putin/Russia now owns the US?

I mean Putin, President of Russia, owns Donald Trump, President of the US and can dictate US foreign policy? Putin tells Trump what the US can and cannot do. Does this not bother you?
Does it not bother you that Putin, Benjamin Netanyahu and other foreign leaders openly pick a side in the Republican vs. Democrat civil war that the US is in. Now granted that it it your side and your side is in power today. What if there is a Democratic president in future and other world leaders take their side against the Republicans.
Also, most foreign leaders (apart from those in rogue nations) try to stay out of US politics and make it an official policy not to comment of US internal politics.
As we see the Putin and Netanyahu saga pan out, at some point every nation will have to pick a side in the Republican vs. Democrat debate. Does this not bother you?
The US is a house divided, an a much hated man had said "a house divided against itself can not stand".
Today the US is Republican/White/Men/Rural/Southern/Not-College educated vs. Democrat/Non-Whine/Women/Urban/Northern/College educated. Each side hates the other so bad, that they would let the national interest suffer and court the enemy just to screw the other side. Does it not bother you?
Honestly the US is now in a low intensity civil war and I think if the North East and the West Coast seceded from the Union, it would be best for all.

Seeing how Obama tried to interfere with Israel's election to try and make sure Netanyahu didn't get elected, I don't blame Netanyahu for preferring Trump over Obama.
