Does it kind of bother anybody that the dems could probably just jail you if they wanted?

The more this shite with Trump drags out, it’s kind of beginning to dawn on me that if I talk some serious shite about democrats, that they could probably throw me in jail. And then - who would defend me? Would the republicans defend me? I really don’t think they would at this point.

Are they seriously going to just let this shite happen? Where are our representatives in all this?

You are never more than 12 idiots and/or crooks from jail.

No one is going to put you in jail for talking shite about them. That’s not what Trump is accused of, and you’re going to have zero examples of violation of free speech leading to imprisonment.

I mean, you're watching all of this play out right now against a former U.S. President. Your disappearance wouldn't even be a blip on a radar.

I’m sure you have a different view of it, or maybe not, but Julian Assange begs to differ.

Are you just now realizing that they’re playing for keeps?

It bothers some now. It will bother the others at some point.

The worst part is it gets worse the more they fail. There are no real consequences for missing except the increasing anger that escalates it.

I mean honestly, it could even be super public. And at this point, I legitimately believe all of the Republican politicians I voted to represent me would be like:

I don’t know what you have going on over there, but they can’t/won’t just jail me because they want to. I won’t go down without a fight.

Authoritarian regimes always use bullshite excuses to target political enemies.

Example. It's not like Putin would publicly just target someone for talking shite. He and his government would jazz that shite up and stretch their laws in order to desperately claim that his political opponent isn't being targeted because they are political opponents... they are being targeted because they maybe broke some law.

How a bunch of lower middle class baws from the south ended up thinking this trust fund east coast wanker is somehow representative of their own plight is absolutely fascinating.

If they succeed at this, there is no reason whatsoever that they wouldn’t do it to Ron - or whomever is next man up, just as well. If they learn that they could do this, there’s nothing that could possibly stop them in the future.

This is really fricked up.

So, Ron Desantis is going to try to storm the Capitol after losing? Bold prediction.

You’re a close minded simpleton if you don’t understand why people like Trump

People will be studying this for years. But I think the simplest explanation is it might be easier to implant ideas than we'd like to believe. You can just make up anything and some people are gullible enough to believe it.

Mainly because if it can be done so publicly to an east coast trust fund wanker.. it can be done to anyone. Why should class and location matter when it comes to worrying about a government seemingly targeting political opponents?

There are not 12 jurors in my town who would vote to convict me. There is only one Democrat and she is a retired teacher in a nursing home.
