Do illegal aliens register for the draft, for fed benefits and jobs

I have two grandsons aged 18 that registered for the draft, understanding that college support would be with held without registration.
Most vidieo of the illegals crossing the border look to be of prime draft able age and physical condition. Are they held to the same requirement as my grandsons?

No, they have a kid ASAP which is a citizen, who will supposedly have to register for Selective Service, but they can't be deported once they have a citizen child. They DGAF.

Deportation after having a child is not the issue. the issue is draft status. Even with a wife and child I was called up in 1970 to take the induction process.

No, illegals are eligible for emergency medical care, WIC, free public education for children complete with school meals and English language instruction, interpreters at medical and education facilities, legal counsel when they commit crimes, etc. They are not required to make any meaningful contribution to this country in return.
