Would they know if a class of individuals should or should not be allowed into this country per the presidents' decision? Correct me if I'm wrong but this is scary water we are treading now. What is that saying... slippery slope?

They aren't supposed to determine if something should or shouldn't happen. They should determine if it's legal. Dumb thread premise.

Having trouble with the pic but this is a link to part of the ruling.

The government could have submitted confidential intel but didn't.

Then answer this

quote:

if it's legal

If they have no clue about security issues. Isn't that the purpose of the EO?

Would that be a good idea? And can they do that since one needs to have security clearance to get the information to begin with?

Federal judges can be authorized to review classified info. The DOJ has the burden to articulate it legally.

The doj failed to do BOTH.

It's in footnote 8 of the decision. Our DOJ failed to do its job.

Trump should fire them. This was probably sabotage to favor Sally Yates.

Look at the big brains on Brad!

Um, no. Trump fired someone who disagreed with him.

Are you saying he hired someone who disagreed with him?

Did he not vet the person he hired to do the job?

He hires the best people, the very best who always win. So much win.

Yemen has better vetting than this orange president clucker.
