DNC Fine Print | How Gavin Newsom can become the Democrat nominee without a primary.

Something to keep in mind -
The attacks on Biden from the Democrat Establishment coincide with the ascent of Gavin Newsom.
How could the DNC avoid a messy primary and nominate their preferred candidate (Newsom)?
It’s in the fine print.
Biden is increasingly frail and confused, his dementia is worsening and his economic plan is faltering.
His popularity continues to crumble even among Democrats.
Consider the possibility that he resigns after receiving the Presidential nomination at the DNC 2024 convention.
Why that specific timing?
Because –
Rules adopted by the Democratic National Committee in 2022 leave the DNC as the sole authority to appoint a Presidential nominee where that nominee resigns after the August 2024 convention.
No vote or primary needed.
Biden seems to be in agreement
Funny that it was announced that there will be no charges for Biden recently. Xi chose Newsom.
Newsom visited China not long ago and returned with CCP talking points.
Would a recalled Gov. that was saved with ballot harvesting be elected? Will he go on Hannity again?

I have been saying since the beginning that the RNC will have some obscured rule pop out stopping Trump somehow...
It seems Jamie Raskin is on it already saying Trump can be stopped even if he is not convicted.

I’ve seen many presidents come and go over my lifetime. After watching the complete circus that has been American politics since about 2015, I think this Newsom fella is just what this country needs. This guy seems polished, speaks well, has great hair, and is young enough to inject some youthful energy into America’s spirit.

The DNC made it clear when they stole the nomination from Bernie that it doesn't pay attention to voters. They do what they want and make no apologies for it.

Biden will stumble to the convention with Newsom sitting pretty and will bow out either at the convention, or shortly after.
Newsom is picked, which means Harris can't be VP, so solves 2 problems.

The DNC is a private corporation. They can pick the nominee anyway they please. Democracy plays no part. Only the appearance of democracy for branding purposes plays a part until real democracy becomes a problem for selecting their predetermined candidate then they will abandon all pretenses of democracy. Same thing with the RNC. Both private corporations.

I have always assumed this = there would be no other option if a person is suddenly unavailable after the convention, thru death, incapication, resignation or any other reason.
What else could they do - no time to re-do all the primary elections.
That is what I have been predicting for two years now (as soon as it became obvious that not even the Democrat Party is stupid enough to allow Kamala Harris to be the head of their ticket)
I have always felt that they would anoint Michelle Obama in that event just - and that is still my inclination.
