Oddly enough, in a nation where they have tried to be as equitable and gender-neutral as possible, the STEM fields are more male and the caring fields are more female than anywhere else.

I would change: Tolerance-Preferential treatment for all people except white males.
I have been told even though I was the most qualified for a position within the company, and the best fit, they had to hire a female if one was interested. I no longer work for that company.

Assuming that someone can better represent a group or better understand a concept based on skin color is inherently racist.
