It's asinine for people to insist that 6 months of Trump is responsible for the racial divide in this country,... as opposed to the past decade of identity politics played by the left.

I didn't think Trump's speech was perfect, but overall is it such a bad thing that our President didn't invoke more racial divide in his speech of general unity? He tweeted his condolences, praised the police, and condemned the violence. It's the media that continues to recklessly dump kerosene on the racial fires, not Trump. Their biased coverage is disgraceful and dangerous.

I have lost all respect for the media and journalism.

you don't understand how this works. The Gavin Long's and Micah Xavier Johnson's of the world are not part of BLM, or ANTIFA, or the Black Panther Party. Nor are they emboldened by those group's rhetoric which often includes a call to arms, and an urge to resist violently. They are lone actors, so the Democrats don't have to disavow the groups, their hateful rhetoric, or the acts of violence.

Guy's like the Charlottesville driver are members of the neo-nazi movement. They are emboldened by the Trump's rhetoric. In fact Trump's rhetoric has radicalized mainstream conservative Americans. That is why he is so dangerous.

If you question what I laid out, you need to watch more CNN/MSNBC.

"you want him to be Obama, huh?"

No. I want Trump to be unlike Obama, particularly in this regard. As of now, Trump is mimicking Obama's failure to say "radical Islamists" by failing to identify the bad actors as who they are: white supremacists and neo-Nazis.

Say it, Mr. President. It's not too late.

i didn't denounce the group promoting the violence against Dallas. You didn't say shite about it then but you can't shut up about it now.

And here is yet another of his public announcement of what happened in Dallas.
quote:

“We are horrified over these events,” “We stand united with the people in the police department in Dallas.” “There has been a vicious, calculated and despicable attack on law enforcement,” “… There is no possible justification for these kinds of attacks, or any violence against law enforcement. Justice will be done.”

And, their "leader" David Duke was there too. Duke sure did evoke our President's name as well.

Can you link to where BLM or another group promoted "violence against Dallas" or police there?

There is a ton of video of him denouncing the shooting in Dallas. Hey OP, is that all you need to self ban?

OF course it isn't.

Because when you show people like him proof he just shrugs it off.

Trump hasn't said anything about him as an individual either.

nice try at twisting it, but Trump did say "radical Islamists", so you you got your "want"

Trump has too much class to go on a rant and start bashing middle class Americans for what one leftist did, Obama on the other hand would have already been lecturing the gun toting religious bible thumpers

First of all, Obama isn't the president. Saying what Obama did or didnt do is just another way to deflect how Trump is fricking up.

Second, link to some source (any source) that suggests that BLM is responsible for as many deaths as white supremacist groups. Hell, post a link to anything suggesting that targeted BLM attacks against anyone happen at the same rate as white supremacist groups against minorities.

I'll save you time, you can't because it doesn't happen. I dont care what you think of BLM. But it's a false equivocation between them and Nazis/KKK, and I think you're well aware of that.

"nice try at twisting it, but Trump did say "radical Islamists", so you you got your "want""

You can't really be this dense. I said that Obama failed to identify "radical Islamists" by name and that Trump failed to identify "neo-Nazis" by name. This isn't difficult to understand.

Do you realize that cops killed in the line of duty in 2016 were killed between 60% and 70% by white people.

The amount of people killed by cops was between 50% and 60% minority's.

The difference between BLM, ANTIFA, and white supremacy groups is race. While BLM and ANTIFA is made up of all races. The other groups are made up of white people.

All the groups have some stupid rallies and counter protest many posters believe that police are killed by mainly minority's.

Since Trump has been president around 70 cops have been killed in the line of duty. This an increase between 10% and 20% from 2016.

"I understand how you are trying to twist it with a lame analogy"

Please explain how the analogy doesn't fit. I've explained how it does and you've done nothing to give me pause. Also, while you're at it, can I assume that you had no problem with Obama refusing to identify radical Islamists by name. I did and I have no problem holding the current president to the same standard.
