The idea that major evolutionary divergences have happened since the dawn of civ only a few thousand years ago is ludicrous. There is also no observable physical or physiological difference between a white brain, black brain, Asian brain, etc.
Thus, the discrepancy in IQ is due to cultural, familial, and developmental differences in the individuals. Sure, white privilege, too. Whatever.
How do we fix it?

Why would I ever try to define it when there are plenty of better sources that are out there? It is no different than gravity. I wouldn't attempt to define it when there are far better resources. What is sad is you are relying on me.
Who suggested that you had to end it? Could you find a post of mine where I put this burden on you? Or that ending it was an immediate goal?

True. Michael Oher's IQ was measured at 80 his freshman year of high school and 105 the summer after he graduated from Briarcrest. He wasn't inherently smarter when he took the second test. He's a person of average intellect who wasn't performing at potential in the Memphis public schools and the Tennessee child welfare system.

I agree it exists as a concept. But you might as well call it "normal" privilege. Because the same thing exists in every other country for whatever the majority is, and to a higher degree than the USA, which is (by the way) the most diverse and tolerant country in the world. But there will always been some standard of normal. Children will always make fun of other children for being different. What is the plan? Just sounds like a lot of sociological bitching to me. Since it's mostly subtle subconscious cultural reactions, and not overt hate-filled racism. I don't even see the point of talking about it. Just seems divisive and counterproductive and angry and whiny

You stated you knew the definition of white privilege and others did not, therefore you refused to have a discussion with them so you obviously know what it is. Why won't you tell me?
