It's my theory that Kim Jong Un is using Dennis Rodman as a prop to show his people how ugly the Americans are... they're like monsters.
Yet the great Kim Jong Un isn't afraid and he is so great he will actually invite one of the famous American monsters in to North Korea because dear leader is a god.
