This seriously ticks me off so much I can't begin to show the appropriate emoticon.

House Democrats will oppose a short-term spending bill if Republican leaders attempt to expedite an ObamaCare repeal bill this week, Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) warned Thursday.
Hoyer, the Democratic whip, spoke with House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) Thursday morning to warn him of the Democrats' position.
The threat is significant because GOP leaders will likely need Democratic votes to pass a short-term spending bill in the face of opposition from conservatives historically opposed to government funding bills.
"If Republicans announce their intention to bring their harmful TrumpCare bill to the House Floor tomorrow or Saturday, I will oppose a one-week Continuing Resolution and will advise House Democrats to oppose it as well,” Hoyer said in an email.

It's time to change the rules so these fools can totally be bypassed in both Houses.
Normally I would oppose that , but this has gotten out of hand.

The House doesn't have filibuster rules so the GOP can pass anything.
The problem is that the GOP may not have the votes for a one-week extension of funding on its own side.

Welll, that certainly is a problem and frankly if they had a real leader in there he would knock some heads. It's as if the GOP is determined to prove that they can't govern. Jesus you assholes, get together and shut the Dems up on a few issues.
I don't understand why Trump doesn't issue a few threats of his own either.
This is simple. "End sanctuary cities NOW or DACA is cancelled" for starters

You have to call the bluff every once in awhile... I cannot understand why these marshmallows cannot figure this shite out...

The democrats are really desperate. They truly have nothing else. Hoyer is generally the more reasonable one of them and he is now playing serious games.
They want the govt. to shut-down because it is an old trick of theirs to blame republicans for it like it is the end of the world-- They want something so badly as a talking point ' gotcha ' for midterms, and OCare repeal helps Trump--not them.
Trump doesn't play these stupid childish games but damnit shut. it. down. Screw them.

Speaker Ryan has already responded.
Watch the video here. LINK
Is it me or did Ryan grow a pair all of a sudden?
This explains the extension vote...

Why do Democrats want to shut down the government instead of fixing Obamacare?

I don't call it games, I call it hardball. Dems want to act like children, they need to start being treated like children.
Number 1. There are a shite load of judicial vacancies that need to be filled. Fill them with hardcore conservatives, all of them
Number 2. Instruct ICE to deport ALL illegal aliens they come into contact with until such time as Democrats start cooperating with immigration policy
Number 3 Close all military installations in California giving a clear message to other liberal strongholds that their nonsense is done
Number 4 . Stop making EO's public, just issue them quietly. Sooner or later someone will find out no doubt, but too bad. And when sued, just ignore partisan rulings
That's a good start

Arguing for fascism because you don't like what Democrats are doing. You sound really smart.

This tells me that the new repeal plan is a shite load better than the last one. Dems didn't say a word last time the dismantling of Obamacare was on the table because they knew repubs were split on the plan. Now that everyone is onboard, they are in full hysterics mode. People dying in the streets, poor granny, and will no one think of the children?
