Trump associates were spied on starting in early-to-mid 2016. Obama didn't officially direct these surveillance instances. The surveillances turned up no evidence

It's awful convenient that "computer scientists" just "stumble upon" this information right on the heels of the FISA warrant. With all of the IC leaks and political chicanery revealed within, it's just too convenient.

Wouldn't this make Obama's EO about opening up all of the Intel agencies to freely share information be... what? Unconstitutional? Illegal? There is something to that executive order. If Trumps can be rescinded b/c it didn't pass "due process" BS that all the dems were complaining about then surely this EO has fault as well.

I mean people can say it all they want; however, the opposing party's presidential nominee is not going to be spied on without the President's knowledge and blessing. There isn't a politician/government official on earth that would be ok with that risk/reward unless they were the sitting President.

There is a whole lotta supposition in this. We have no idea who was tapped, when and what they found.
And it takes a long time to do these investigations and sift through evidence. Case in point, investigation into hillary's email took years.
What we do know is that Trump could clear this up very quickly by explaining what he knows and how he came to know it.

The server that was used as probable cause in the FISA request that was supposedly communicating with a Russian bank was setup by McMullin.
The domain was registered to the Trump OrgAINZation. It was registered by Ex-CIA and Never Trumper Evan McMullin’s sister, Emily McMullin. The GoDaddy account was opened in 2009, but the domain was registered on 6/29/2016 – right around the time of the first FISA request.
