Good lord. He must just be a yes man for whatever crazy idea gets presented to him. South Africa is pretty much imploding. Cities have rolling blackouts (probably illegal to use that word now) and Johannesburg is considered one of the most dangerous cities in the world. That is just scratching the surface on their problems.

Strangely enough, a large segment of GOP leaders want the USA to look like Central America because the people who pay their bills prefer slave labor.
