He doesn't think that - the obvious implication is that minorities and women were specifically excluded.
He has no idea about the concepts of "competent" and "experienced."
There are competent and experienced minorities and women at all levels of the Trump organization. So, we learn nothing from that. He happened to pick white guys for these jobs based on their specific combination of qualifications - and didn't go cherry picking to get a "good enough" X racial background or Y gender, or Z national origin.
The absolute mad man.

Mathematically his tweet seems correct. I bet he doesn't like per capita stats though

Ok. I am man enough to admit my mistake.

We understand his point. It's a stupid point.
Trump not only has to pick who he thinks are the best people, but also who he thinks he can work well with, among many other factors.
The odds of that falling in line with demographic numbers is zero.

I didn't say it wasn't stupid, just that the OP was.

Agree. His point is not that they are supposed to be randomly selected. His point is that elected officials are supposed to be representative of the people. However he is wrong on that. Elected officials are supposed to represent, not necessarily be representative of, the people
Those are appointees. They're supposed to be the people who are best geared to serve the American people. I don't care if it's all Hispanic women. I want the best, not the most diverse.

The subset of people with the resumes of those guys is probably 90% white male.
Then the % meeting the first criteria and also being of the correct political persuasion is over 95% white male.
(19/20)^6 is a little over 73%.
