I wonder how his/her alpha husband feels now. How would you feel if your wife transitioned to a man and you are still married to him

Now that is messed up

quote:

In 2007, Eric Maison married husband Les Maison. The pair have five children: Chelsea, 22, Corey, 15, Kailee, 14, Ellen, 9, and Willow, 6.

Media having such a brave influence on these people

quote:

Like his daughter, Maison learned "what it meant to be transgender" after watching ABC's 2012 "20/20" special on Jennings, he said.

It's my medical opinion that people who are transgender suffer from a delusional disorder similar to delusional parasitosis. They aren't "crazy" or psychotic and can otherwise function completely within the norms of society but they have a false belief that is immutable to reason.

I will say that the success the transgender movement has had with hitching their wagon to that of homosexuality (a fundamentally different issue) has been greater than anyone could have predicted.

All of this transgendered stuff is ridiculous. It just screams of needing attention. I was the last boy picked in dodgeball when I was 5....I want to be a girl. I am the ugliest girl in my class...I want to be a boy. You have kids that have still shitting in their pants deciding that they are really the opposite sex?

One of my nephews played with his sisters dolls and her play kitchens when he was little. Did he do that because he was really a little girl inside? No, he did it because he enjoyed spending time with his sister. Now he is a 6'3" all-state athlete.

Nobody would go through what these people do for simple attention seeking, this goes way beyond that. They actually believe they are a man trapped in a woman's body, or vice versa. They believe it as surely as you believe you have a heart in your chest.

Calling this simple attention seeking behavior minimizes the issue. These people need help, the problem is society has long discriminated against and ostracized people with mental illness ESPECIALLY when they violate our simplistic, binary concepts of right and wrong.

Wonder how many murder-suicides this shite will lead to when people the boy/girl in the article get married in the future and the spouse later finds out the truth when they can't have children or something.

Yep! In the not too distant future we'll find out from the so called experts that pedophiles, people who like beastiality, criminally insane, sociopaths etc. are all born that way because who in their right mind would chose those lifestyles/mental anomalies.

Why is okay for young teenagers to do this but at the same time be unable to give consent for sex?

Yeah, being a gold-medal athlete and an American sports hero is so tough. But then you finally decide to make the change after you become the least famous member of your family probably has nothing to do with attention.

But I agree with you that it is a mental health issue, and the solution is not to make me think that I am the one with fricked up thinking because I don't think society's norms should change to make them feel better.

It's not allowing the deviates and insane patients control of the asylum that will stop this shite. And that does not mean these people can not be part of a functioning society it just means we are not going to be advocates and encourage their behavior.

We should encourage anorexics to diet and agree that they need to lose weight...because thats the way they see themselves, so who are we to not accept how they feel they truly are??

It's honestly hard for my brain to process this information when it comes out. I have to think really hard about it.
