It could, but it doesn't. Seems strange that four of the biggest highest ranking devil worshippers in DC have all lost their ability to wipe theirselves in the last 3 years.

A Dr said it could be Parkinson's due to the fact those around him were not alarmed. He said a stroke could definitely could have been a reason, but then he would have been rushed to the hospital to get immediate treatment.

His handlers around him know what his illness is, and he felt confident, but would not say it was conclusive to be Parkinson's

Thats why my 2year old granddaughter shuts down forcing another bodily function.

Neurologist from Tufts said they’re likely mini seizures. He had a reason why he didn’t think they were mini strokes.
