The link you posted stated only 11 million whites are on some type of welfare when there are over 200 million whites in America yet 26 million blacks are on Welfare with a population of slightly over 40 million.
There are probably 11 million whites on welfare in the South alone.

I will break it down for you though. Since you can't seem to understand.
The Link you posted stated that only 11.4 million whites are some type of welfare including food stamps, section 8, and several other welfare programs.
There are currently anywhere from 43 to 45 million Americans on SNAP( food stamps) over 40 % of those Americans are white-non Hispanics.
40% of 45 million is 18 million which is already more than the 11.4 that your link quoted. That's not including section 8, daycare vouchers, and other welfare. Those numbers swell when you add it all up.
More whites are going to be on Welfare based on the sheer volume of whites in America. They outnumber blacks almost 5 to 1. 200 million to roughly 45 million.

What's truly funny about this is that there is no legal definition of Black, AA, whatever term they wanna use. So even on the VERY hypothetical passage of reparations, there would be a vast majority "black" population of the nation overnight. Kinda like with Bruce Jender, we'd all be black with a simple waggling of our tongues stating we jes bees melanin impaired black folk, now gimme mah check too!
