Resolutions don't require Presidential signature and have no force of law.

He should decline to sign it because it does not address all of the parties at fault for what happened.

Water is wet, but you can't even remotely play games with this if you're Trump. Sign it and call them out at the presser. Then move on from this.

Didn't have time to pass any real legislation that will actually make a fricking difference in this country. Things like tax reform, immigration reform, repeal Obamacare. But they've got time to waste in worthless, stupid horseshite like this.

And they wonder why came congress is about as popular as eating a moldy turd.
