The Department of Homeland Security confirmed this, not the Gateway Pundit. Not that there is anything wrong with the Gateway Pundit. The last time someone here made fun of them they were shown damned reputable sources within the article.

The Obama administration sanctioned Russia, with it-- it included Russian adoptions being banned. Why would the Obama WH allow her to come lobbying in a campaign against the Magnitsky Act, a U.S. law punishing Russia for human rights violations, in which Obama enacted? Unless she was a honey pot set-up so Obama could get a FISA warrant?
Also everyone is forgetting this
