I turned on CNN and they are reporting this as BREAKING NEWS.
The commentator said that Nate Silver discredited this. But they are presenting it as if "scientists" found this and it is credible.
They are claiming URGENCY to HRC because she has until 3 Nov. to call for the recount. In the discussion it was said that the HRC Campaign started this; saying something just wasn't right on election night; and allowed it 'on the record' recently.

They don't realize she tried to steal the election and still lost.
She hasn't said shite so far because she knows she tried to steal it and lost anyways. If they recount she will lose by a bigger margin

On CNN LIVE about a half an hour ago; when they were reporting on this and the one lady reporter said that her sources are the Clinton Campaign that recently allowed this to leak ON THE RECORD. Said...I think it was 3 Nov. 2016 that the results should be certified; and HRC has to contest and order a recount before then...
