I can only imagine the shite show this will all be if we have to go through this all over again in October/November. I’m hoping to move south by November. Northern Virginia is full of cowards.

Which is another reason why extended lock downs could be catastrophic. If we have to do this bullshite again we've just wasted a lot of time in between.

For the most part, you’re recording quantitative effects of the shutdowns and not qualitative. How do you record the impact of not being able to attend loved ones’ weddings, funerals, or baby showers? People are not having family dinners on Mother’s Day. What if this is your mother’s last one? What is the value of an extra year of life when that year is spent in social isolation? Those secondary effects aren’t being discussed.

Those are all valid questions and I think it sort of falls under the mental health umbrella. There is no way to really quantify it that I know of but it's real.

The Facebook Karens do not understand basic statistics or herd immunity.

That’s because most of the Facebook Karens went to college to major in catching a good-earning husband, with a minor in getting White Girl Wasted.

This is a question that more people need to honestly ask themselves.

The quality of life is more important than the duration in my opinion.

Are there any official programs in place to prevent foreclosures?
