watching the mouth breathers melt their tits off about this testimony is a true joy. you idiots realize this imbecile has barely been in office for 100 days and already the former fbi director labeled him as a liar in open session, right? you know watergate took 2 years start to finish? check that, i doubt you do. this is just the beginning.
until then, keep repeating silly phrases like 'nothing burger". morons love a good chant

Disappointed that Trump will be your president for 7 more years and 250 days.

Let me ask you a question. If Obama had fired Comey and Comey testified to Congress about his veracity, do you think he would have said "oh yeah Obama was a good honest man , never did me wrong?"
Of course not, people lash out when they are angry, and being fired tends to make people angry.
So the fact that Comey called Trump a liar, when every politician in DC is a liar, is to paraphrase Crooked Hillary, a nothing burger.

I clicked on the link, here is one of the link headlines

That is, of course, a lie, Comey did NOT state that Trump was under investigation for obstruction of justice, he merely said that he would guess that the special counsel would take a look at it.
THAT is fake news, when you make up a quote like that.

To be fair, Trump went way out of his way in being petty and vindictive in the way he handled the firing, and in the way he smeared Comey's character and professionalism in the aftermath.
People get fired all the time. People at that level are prepared for the loss of their positions, sometimes unfairly (Comey should have been fired by Obama last summer) but they are human beings, and will react defensively when their character is attacked unfairly.
Trump had the high ground - the firing was warranted from a number of levels. Then he passed it all away with his juvenile 'victory lap jock-strap mocking trash talk)

Oh I agree Trump was a dick about the way he handled it , which obviously just made Comey angrier and I even think his anger at the WAY he was fired is justified, I think Comey did a LOT of things wrong over the last year, but he still deserved some dignity , and Trump went out of his way to take that.

Has Comey opened up a can of worms that the Democrats did not want to be opened?
I just saw some flashes on TV were he said he met with Lynch, no investigation of the President, and called NYT/WaPo articles not true.
I also read where Dershowiz (who is a huge Liberal and a fantastic legal mind) said that the obstruction was clearly put to rest and some CNN guy basically told him he was wrong.

That made me laugh as well. Alan Dershowiz is one of the preeminent legal scholars of our time and that Jeffrey Tubin guy on CNN is trying to argue the law with him LOL.
The dude is a Democrat, and he's been saying since the very start that the Dems are violating Trump's civil rights with this witch hunt.
