This is already against the law so we should allow a super battery charge or just steeper penalties for the ones this bill could be geared towards, which I'm sure would stop with just those who attack Jewish students.

Very, very, very obtuse. Three(3) verys. Hanging a black person was nothing more than a simple murder charge, right? Even if done in the middle of 100 klansmen who at that particular time in history continued to threaten to do same again and again and terrorize a specific group of individuals (black people). Or blow up churches with children in them. Nothing to see here, just a hanging or bombing murder, just like any other.
That might be an annoying comparison but it’s only necessary to your attempted point.

That's exactly where these anti-Christian, anti-Whitists are taking us. (What happened to "Equal Application of the Law"??) And what an odd way of singling out and regarding folks whose whose only "sin" (besides their 1A Right) is:
Love and loyalty for America ONLY; and who by and large are the only citizens keeping this country running, keeping it fed, keeping its order and stopping it from being collapsed upon itself (thanks to the Parasitic-Overlord-Victim class.) SAME PARADIGM EVENTS ARE HAPPENING IN EUROPE. Coincidence?
